Step 1: Choose A Badge Plate

We have several colors, shapes, and sizes available to choose from.

Step 2: Name Badge Inserts

Personalize your name badges in just a few seconds. Using your inkjet or laser printer, you can print in full color onto our insert sheets. Then simply peel off your insert and it's ready to use in a name badge.

It gets even better.

Our name tag sheets are reloadable, meaning, you can print as few as 1 label at a time then simply reload the sheet next time you need another badge.

Step 3: Domed Lens

Once you have your plate and insert, simply attach the domed lenscover to create a polished and professional look to your name tag.  Your customers will swear you paid much more for your name tags.

Step 4: Fasteners

Our magnetic name badge fasteners will hold your name badge in place under almost any work situation.  Our triple-disc magnetic fasteners are the strongest available.  If you require pin fasteners, please let us know. We also have bulldog clips in stock.
